Notice is hereby given that on 4 May 2010, by special resolution of the board, CHAMPION APARTMENTS LIMITED was placed into liquidation at 12.15pm,
pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, and William Alexander Ritchie was appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator fixes 28 June 2010 as the day on or before the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
