Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, Michael John Turner and Stephen Alan Dunbar, chartered accountants of Polson Higgs, were appointed liquidators of DEVILS CREEK WINES LIMITED.
The liquidation commenced on 17 May 2010 at 5.00pm.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 24 June 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
