Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section
241 of the Companies Act 1993, the above-named company, on 22 April 2010, was wound up by special resolution as provided by section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Boris van Delden and Iain McLennan, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company.
In accordance with the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the above-named company, will accordingly be held at Room 2, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand, 27-33 Ohinerau Street, Remuera, Auckland, on Thursday 27 May 2010 at 2.30pm.
Business
1. Consideration of a report containing a statement of the company’s affairs, and a verbal report on the progress of the liquidation.
2. Appointment of a liquidators’ committee, if thought fit.
3. To receive the views of creditors.
