Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 24 August 2009, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that MAX MOTORS HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Jason Nicholas Eade, of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 24 August 2009.
