Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 1 October 2009 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that WRIGHT GROUP NO 2 LIMITED be liquidated and that Peter James Heenan, chartered accountant of Invercargill, be appointed as liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 29 April 2010.
