Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 29 April 2010 it was resolved, pursuant to section
241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that FRANKLIN INVESTMENTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Paul Muir, chartered accountant of Pukekohe, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 30 April 2010.
