Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 15 December 2009 at Auckland, it was resolved by the shareholders of the company that Rowan Kingstone, chartered accountant, of KDB Chartered Accountants Limited, Auckland, be appointed liquidator of the company with immediate effect.
