Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section
241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the
above-named company on 28 April 2010 at 3.18pm, appointed James Stewart Murray, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named company.
The undersigned does hereby fix Monday 7 June 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
