Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that FWD SPARES (S.C.) LIMITED
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 23 April 2010 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 23 April 2010 at 3.53pm.
