Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, David Laurence Krebs, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of DAVID MATHER BUILDER LIMITED.
The liquidation commenced on 30 April 2010.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 31 May 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
