Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 28 April 2010, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that HIGHLAND PARK DISTRIBUTORS LIMITED be liquidated and that Colin B. Wilson, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 28 April 2010.
