Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 19 April 2010 at 11.03am, it was resolved, pursuant
to section 241(2)(c)(iv) of the Companies Act 1993, that NIRVANA MOVERS AND STORAGE LIMITED be liquidated and that Richard Nicholas Ineson and Andrew James Brady, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed as liquidators for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 19 April 2010 at 11.03am.
Creditors please forward proof of debt within 30 working days of this notice.
