Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 26 April 2010 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that LUMEN DIGITAL STUDIO LIMITED be liquidated and that Peta Jill Walker, chartered accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 27 April 2010.
