The shareholders of MCALLISTER EDUCATION LIMITED resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Gordon L. Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on Tuesday 27 April 2010 at 4.00pm.
Creditors of the company are to file their claims with the liquidator and to establish any priority their claims may have on or before 13 May 2010.
