Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
Take notice that JAMES LINE PROPERTY LIMITED
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 29 March 2010 to be put into liquidation.
On 9 April 2010 at 9.00am the liquidators resigned from office and appointed Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass as replacement liquidators, pursuant to section 283(8) of the Companies Act 1993, to act jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 29 March 2010 at 10.59am.
