Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 20 April 2010 at 10.08am, by order of the Court, the
above-named company was placed into liquidation, pursuant
to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, and
Patrick Dean Norris, insolvency practitioner of Nelson, was appointed as liquidator by consent.
The liquidation commenced on 20 April 2010.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of the above-named company has fixed 21 May 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
