Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act, the liquidator will dispense with a meeting of creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidator has fixed 11 February 2010 as the day on or before which creditors are to make claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Act.
