Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that on 14 April 2010 at 2.45pm the above-named company passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that the company be put into liquidation and that Kevin John Gilligan, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of APF ROTORUA LIMITED (in liquidation) fixes 30 May 2010 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
