Notice is hereby given that, by shareholders’ resolution dated the 9th day of April 2010 at 10.00am to liquidate the company, the shareholders have appointed Ronald Graeme Sands as the liquidator for that purpose.
A declaration of solvency has been completed by the director.
The liquidator fixes 7 May 2010 as the last day by which creditors can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have on the company.
