Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Dennis Clifford Parsons and Katherine Louise Kenealy were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies on 16 April 2010 at the times stated:

- ROLEC CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.00am.
- FAS GROUP LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) at 11.27am.
