Notice to Creditors to Claim
Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of OMNIA PARATUS LIMITED by the High Court at Blenheim, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 April 2010 at 10.17am.
We fix 30 April 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
