Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Subsequent to the directors of the companies filing resolutions at the Companies Office, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), stating
that on appointment of a liquidator each company would
be able to pay its debts, Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed as sole liquidator of the companies by special resolutions of the shareholders on
29 March 2010 at the times stated below:
- RODNEY GAS SUPPLIES LIMITED (in liquidation) at 5.00pm.
- PARICE LIMITED (in liquidation) at 5.05pm.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidator of the companies I fix
6 May 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
