Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is hereby given that by shareholders' resolution dated the 30th day of March 2010 at 10.00am to liquidate the company, the shareholders have appointed Ronald Graeme Sands as the liquidator for that purpose.
A declaration of solvency has been completed by the director.
The liquidator fixes 30 April 2010 as the last day by which creditors can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have on the company.
