On 31 March 2010 at 10.00am it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that BARRINGTON SL LIMITED be liquidated and that Bruce Donald Gemmell and Andrew John Hawkes, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 31 March 2010 at 10.00am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Regulation 12(2) of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994
The liquidators hereby fix 26 April 2010 (being a date not less than 10 working days from the date of this notice) as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
