Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Take notice that I, John Robert Buchanan, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, have been appointed liquidator of the above-named companies.
The liquidations commenced on 6 April 2010 at 11.20am.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator fixes 14 June 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distributions made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distributions.
