Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993
Pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), Glen Allan Stapley was appointed liquidator of CLAYTON ELLIS DECORATING LIMITED.
The liquidation commenced on Wednesday 31 March 2010 at 2.30pm.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Act, the liquidator intends to dispense with the meeting of creditors.
Should any creditor object to the dispensing of the creditors' meeting, they are required to notify the liquidator within
10 working days of publication of this notice.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The liquidator fixes 30 April 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
