Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Take notice that I, Callum James Macdonald, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, have been appointed liquidator of COOPERS BEACH CAMPING AND CARAVAN PARK LIMITED (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on 31 March 2010 at 2.00pm.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator fixes 7 May 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
