Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 18 March 2010 at 5.00pm it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that NEWMARKET CORPORATION LIMITED be liquidated and that John Albert Price be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts
Notice is given that the liquidator does fix 7 May 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
