On 30 March 2010 it was resolved by special resolution
of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SHEER BLISS BEAUTY BOUTIQUE LIMITED be liquidated and that Paul Alexander Glass, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 30 March 2010 at 3.45pm.
The liquidator gives notice that 6 May 2010 is fixed as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
