On 30 March 2010 at 4.30pm, it was resolved by
special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that JONFRA HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) be voluntarily wound up and that Richard Sissons, of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.
