Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act
On 29 March 2010 it was resolved, pursuant to section
241 of the Companies Act 1993, that ND & AJ HAWKER LIMITED be liquidated and that Christopher John
Clark, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
Creditors of the company are to file their claims with the liquidator and to establish any priority their claims may have, on or before 29 April 2010.
