Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

On 29 March 2010 at 10.35am, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company, by way of a special resolution, appointed Gerald Stanley Rea and Paul Graham Sargison, chartered accountants of Auckland, as joint liquidators of the company.
The sole director of the company has resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
In accordance with section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the board resolution was delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
