Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of URBAN DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS LIMITED by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 29 March 2010 at 11.06am.
We fix 30 April 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
