Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that WAKATIPU NATURALLY LIMITED
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 11 March 2010 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 11 March 2010 at 10.11am.
