Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that PARADISE PAINTING LIMITED
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Dunedin, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 8 February 2010 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 8 February 2010 at 10.22am.
