Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that PEPPERS BAR & RESTAURANT LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 February 2010 to be put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 10 February 2010 at 12.10pm.
