Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that THE FRENCH CONNECTION RESTAURANT LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered
by the High Court at Dunedin, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 8 March 2010 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 8 March 2010 at 10.05am.
