Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
David Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Grant Burns, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 22 March 2010 at the times stated:

- EVENT SECURITY SERVICES LIMITED
(in liquidation) at 11.12am.
- S R COMER TRANSPORT LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.14am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 3 May 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
