Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act
On 16 March 2010, it was resolved by special resolution
of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, that NATHAN SECKER PHOTOGRAPHY LIMITED be liquidated and that John Kerr, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 16 March 2010.
