Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 24 March 2010 it was resolved by special resolution
of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that GHURKA INVESTMENTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Paul Francis Schrijvers be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 24 March 2010 at 10.00am.
Creditors and shareholders may direct enquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
