Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of RAPID-ROADFREIGHTERS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders on 24 December 2009 at 2.10pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 1 February 2010 as the last day on or before which the creditors of RAPID-ROADFREIGHTERS LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
