Grant Edward Burns and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of POLY DISC NEW ZEALAND LIMITED
by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 19 March 2010 at 10.30am.
We fix 19 April 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
