Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 23 February 2010 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SUNDOWN HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Steven Drummond, chartered accountant of Timaru, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 23 February 2010.
