Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 11 March 2010, Christopher Robert Ross Horton was appointed liquidator of the following companies by their shareholders:
- ORBIT INVESTMENTS LIMITED at 3.45pm.
- APOLLO 38 LIMITED at 4.15pm.
- BYRON ESTATES LIMITED at 4.35pm.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts
Solvency certificates have been filed in accordance with section 243(9) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 30 March 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
I further give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of
the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar of Companies final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register of Companies.
Any objection to the removals, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 23 April 2010.
