Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Grant Edward Burns, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies
by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 12 March 2010 at the times stated:
- ELM TREE APARTMENTS LIMITED
(in liquidation) at 11.00am.
- RESIDENTIAL BUILDING & DEVELOPMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.02am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 30 April 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
