Grant Edward Burns and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TOW TEAM LIMITED by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 March 2010 at 11.03am.
We fix 15 April 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
