Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Vivian Judith Fatupaito and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of HARKER’S HERBAL APOTHECARIES LIMITED by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 March 2010 at 10.58am.
We fix 15 April 2010 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
