Notice of Retirement and Succession of Liquidator

(in liquidation):
On 9 December 2009 at 2.30pm, Richard Williams, solicitor of Wellington, hereby retires as liquidator and appoints
by consent Alastair Gustafson, accountant of Wellington,
as successor.
