Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 15 February 2010, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that DEWES HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Donna
Louise Greenlees, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 12 March 2010.
A resolution as to solvency has been filed.
The company intends to distribute its assets to its shareholders.
