Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 12 March 2010 at 1.00am, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that BBB ENTERPRISES LIMITED be liquidated and that John Albert Price, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 22 April 2010 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
